I had onions, green beans, carrots, cabbage and pork, sauteed. And a baked potato.

My neighbor gave me a nice bowl of home-made chili. While some linguine was boiling, I chopped a little red onion & garlic and cooked that in olive oil then mixed it in the chili. Topped it all with Cabot Two-State cheddar cheese and a little crushed red pepper.
