2 Ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake. I have not tried this recipe, but it sounds very interesting.

2 Ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream, melted
1/2 cup self-rising flour

Directions:

Combine melted Breyers® Chocolate ice cream and flour in microwave-safe mug.

Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until a pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Enjoy!

But let me tell you those single serving microwave mug cake are seriously dangerous! Especially if they involve chocolate!

same with ice cream, really. It was kind of a joke. I never really got the point of self rising flour - how hard is it to add salt and baking powder?

Chocolate mug cakes/brownies are my thing.

Sugar free and super easy.

This sounds delish...but I would not be able to have this one as often as I can have my sugar free ones.
