Weight Loss/Maintenance
Related: About this forumIs there any OTC hunger suppressant that works at all. I need to lose
about 15 pounds, but I'm on a plateau, I am stuck at 174. Even if it's more of a placebo, maybe my diet mind would think it's doing something. I've looked and read some reviews, but so much of it makes them look far too good.

(225 posts)Intermittent Fasting becomes so easy after a few days. I'm doing One Meal A Day, which is basically a 20 hour fast followed by a 4 hour window for eating. Once you realize that you are more thirsty than hungry, it's a snap. Drink all the water you want, ditto for black coffee and green tea. You don't have to do it every day (hence the intermittent part), but you will find it becoming a habit.
I recommend getting the Zero app. It not only provides research for the science behind and benefits of IF, it also works as a timer for your fasts, and keeps track and stats for your past fasts.
