But to manage a genetic illness (Ankylosing Spondylitis)

I have both a Breville Juicer, Nutribullet and a Ninja (double smoothies).

To see if you like a meal a day or two that is liquid - start with the Nutribullet.

You can make most of Joe Cross' recipes in 'blended form' - but for example - Green Machine - use LOW sugar coconut water to blend you kale, celery, cukes, ginger, lemon, and green apple in.

I found it was too small and didn't really blend
unless there is a lot of liquid in the mix.
Dry grinding tended to cake up under the blades.
Semi wet mixes sticks to the sides and don't fall back
into the blades.
Egg salad and guacamole are quicker in a bowl w/a fork.
Don't waste your $.

Solution: I went out and bought a full size blender.

milk - I do that to get a lot more veggies and herbs in my daily diet without having to chew salads all day. Just gulp the smoothie. I love it for that.
