Minus ten inches on the waist

I'm getting into smaller pants these days. And not in the way some people probably think. (Mind, gutter, remove).

Seriously, though, I'm fitting into pants that were physically impossible for me to button at the beginning of this year.

I've lost 40 lb over the last 4 years. Plenty more to go but I'm headed in the right direction. Sometimes I'm discouraged at the pace but I remind myself what I'd weigh if I hadn't been counting calories and/or doing Weight Watchers most of this time.

I was counting calories with MyFitnessPal and kind of lost momentum so I joined WW online. I like it, great app, easy to follow and you really can eat “anything” just not in the quantity you might want! My brother has great success with Atkins, I tried it and lasted a week. Just not that crazy about meat and not willing to give up virtually all the foods I like. A balanced diet works best for me. On WW all plain fruits (not fruit juice) and veggies are “free” so I find myself eating a lot healthier.
