bags of candy. One Almond Joy and one Mounds. Between the two of us we've almost polished them off. I'm fortunate in that I can eat candy and never gain an ounce thanks to WLS, but ... too much and toilet time becomes the rule of the day!

He also once in a while buys me a box of Whitman Chocolate Samplers. I LOVE them and make the box last for a very long time. Again, too much of a good thing isn't a good thing.

So, yeah, I can enjoy candy and all sorts of 'not good for you' stuff thanks to surgery but I pay a price in so many ways.

Enjoy the spoils you're left with. Tomorrow's another day

I'm still hoping that someday you and I will meet. Hah, I've only been in MI for 15 years LOL

have a wonderful evening.

I am supposed to be on "maintenance" now.
I feel a little adrift after having concrete rules about what I eat.
Halloween, a birthday, a close relative moved back home, LOTS
of pressure to "treat myself" and "take a break" ...from loved ones
who are more sick of my diet than I am!

Also, the pool where I swim has been closed for 3 weeks because
the heater broke....

Hopefully I will be able to get back in the pool by the end of this week.

I think we came close to meeting once... Next time there is a Detroit
and environs meet up lets make a point of going!
