Any coffee and tea drinkers here?

Did you know that coffee and tea deplete our bodies of certain B vitamins? I thought you had to drink pots of the stuff for you to suffer that kind of problem. I was wrong. My three cups of black tea and one cup of coffee a day was enough to do it for me. (I don't drink soda, diet or regular.)

I felt sick for a couple of days and couldn't look at tea or coffee. That broke my habit and even when I felt well again, I decided not to start drinking black tea or coffee again.

I found that I lost weight and had greater energy. My skin is also nicer.

Apparently the tea and coffee was depleting my body of vitamins and minerals.

I just wanted to share that with you in case it helps someone.

I do enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning though, sometimes more than one.

I am deficient in every vitamin and mineral and so I take boat loads of them daily in supplements.

I inject my B 12.

thanks

Yeah, Coffee and tea both are healthy drinks. It's help to you that you burn your extra calories. But the access use of it dangerous for health also. Coffee is make your blood thin and also burn red blood cells in your blood. So, be careful, don't drink more than two or three cups in a day.

from absorbing iron so I make sure not to drink my tea with meals. I love green tea. I have fatigue problems and a gene mutation that puts me at risk for breast and ovarian cancer so green tea has lots of good benefits for me. Green tea gives me the energy boost I need and it gives my body lots of cancer fighting antioxidants.

I drink 1-2 cups green tea with each meal, didn't know it helped reduce iron absorption. I need to limit my iron, so I'll be sure to up my intake.

Thanks for the tip

It is suggested that it's good to drink black tea and red tea in winter, and green tea in summer.
