So, I want to work out with weights again after a three year absence.
I'm 66 years old.
I've also been diagnosed with Parkinson's.
Should I attempt it?

Would probably be a good way to keep you body healthy.
go for lighter weights, higher reps

Weights would be OK, but you wouldn't get your heart rate up high enough for it to stop PD progression.
I can send you links to journal abstracts and/or the full papers on this, if you'd like.
If you're interested in stopping PD progression, there are a couple of things you can do. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll post them and/or DM them to you.
