Weights would be OK, but you wouldn't get your heart rate up high enough for it to stop PD progression.

I can send you links to journal abstracts and/or the full papers on this, if you'd like.

If you're interested in stopping PD progression, there are a couple of things you can do. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll post them and/or DM them to you.
