Yeah, I got a slightly bad heart. Not serious. It can be fixed. I am 77.

--- and I am figuring, there are about five circumstances under which I will be carried out, feet first: Cancer, stroke, general all American Alzheimers, car accident or heart attack.

Of the five, the last two seem to offer the easiest death. That leads me to question, should I bother with corrective measures to prevent a heart attack?

If I, and you, don't have cancer or Alzheimer's yet, we're not going to get them.

Anyone can die in a car accident so we just have to be careful and lucky.

The other two risks, we can do something about, and we must.

Modern-thinking top cardiologists practice something called "metabolic" cardiology, meaning that certain natural substances deliver energy to the heart muscle. The four substances are magnesium, COQ10, D-Ribose powder, and L-Carnitine. Called the "awesome foursome" for improvement in cardiac function.

And now we know that inflammation in the body directly affects your heart muscle and is the cause of coronary artery disease. (Not cholesterol, as some would have you think. Inflammation causes plaque to stick to the walls of your arteries) Here is what you do to improve inflammation. Eat these foods: walnuts, green tea, pomegranate juice, ginger, garlic, turmeric.... Those are the anti-inflammatory diet top foods.
.
Taking those four awesome supplements and eating an anti-inflammatory diet can do wonders for your heart health. Of course, some appropriate exercise and other matters also count.

She had weakened heart valves due to scarlet fever as a child,
She put off the decision to long so that when she seriously considered it
her COPD was to severe and it was to late.
Think about it, just don't put off what you can do now to long.

You still have a lot of life ahead. And the quality of that life is important. Good luck my cardiac brother.
