Mick-ey Button Stoma Leaks

My adult daughter's stoma has been leaking a lot sometimes now when she's sitting upright. Unfortunately, I don't really have a gastroentrologist who is a resource for these kinds of issues. Any ideas? She uses a 2.7 cm 24 french, which measures to be the correct size.

The balloon is inflated with 8 ml water.
