Masks? Tremors?

Hello,
My first post here, I guess I’ll give the story briefly and chronologically:
5 years ago my wife and I adopted 3 kids from the foster system. The oldest has serious issues but that’s another story.
3 years ago she was diagnosed with 2 types of breast cancer and Chronic Lymphocyte Leukemia. She had chemo, then her first infection in her chemo port. Then a double mastectomy and her BP fell to 70/OMG get the crash cart. Then infected tissue expanders, replaced with implants, then infected implants, then a fourth infection, she was septic and the infection destroyed her aortic valve. So valve replacement, then her heart was wonky so she went into V-tax twice and had to have a pacemaker/defibrillator implanted. Oh and then one more infection for good measure.
She was recovering and she knew she needed to lose weight and had a gastric bypass, because she had no idea that the cancer would return. So now she is going through chemo again and will have to have surgery and the oncologist is recommending radiation.
So anyway, we are now one of the only folks around still wearing masks. The counties around us have had zero new cases reported, but I’m not sure I believe those numbers as they are climbing on the east coast. So we should stick with it right?
Also she has severe tremors where her jaw moves rapidly side to side, as well as shaking hands and feet. Has anyone heard of anything like this?

family while growing up. It sounds as if being a foster child has not been your oldest's only issue. It must be very hard for her to stay positive. If she's in pain have you tried CBD oil? I have heard of those types of tremors before and they can be caused by a whole spectrum of things. Is it a delayed reaction to a medication? Is it over medication? Or is it the precursor to a more serious issue such as MS or Parkinsons? It sounds like she should be seen by a neurologist.

IMO, if anyone needs to continue to wear a mask it is you and members of your family. I still do and I'm on the West Coast.

Indications are the tremors are from a med that was discontinued. Thanks again.

may need 2000 mg/day or more, or may need less. You just need to play around with it. I have never read about overdosing on CBD oil. (There is one report about overdosing but the person took the pharmaceutical-produced CBD oil which is MUCH stronger.

3. Medical Offices still require masks

Masks required at Physical therapy, doctor's offices, radiology centers, and hospitals, so I'd mask up. My husband takes immunosuppressants, and he's masking whenever we go out.

Covid is here, and it's endemic; guessing flu shot will include COVID prevention as we move forward.

Wishing your wife the very best as she fights her cancer and other health issues.

Thank you.

were still requiring masks. Now, the best we've seen locally, is signs in a few places that ask people who aren't fully vaccinated wear masks. What the hell good is that? Most of those who aren't fully vaccinated are anti-maskers.

We wear masks.
You might want to ask the doctor if any of her meds might be causing the tremors and shaking.. lots of meds have side effects of unusual movements. While I was getting surgery, chemo and radiation my doctor put me on an anti-anxiety med...it caused odd mouth movements. They quit when I quit the meds.

We see a few masks in public...less than before. We will wear them for as long as we feel necessary.

It may be a medication. Her oncologist just cut it a few days ago, the tremors are slowing, but not gone yet.

14. Tremors: could be an imbalance of magnesium, potassium, calcium and water dehydration

I also know a pair of sisters who may have had stress tremors, as i understand their situations

As for myself, it took 3 full days to recover from a subtle stretch of dehydration. i had facial tics as one key symptom

if salt is too high, watermelon and black cherries daily. This will reduce stress on kidneys and kidney stone risk.

if the nuts have salt, wash them and dry in oven. a quarter to half cup twice a day, including a bit of the brazil nut,
help with the watermelon. it’s clumsy to use. big napkins

no cheese except cottage cheese if so inclined

if you feel rich, purified water

mint tea to help with stomach cramps, even if. you think there are no cramps.

wash it down with milk or yogurt drink.

dessert is up to you. repeat in 3 hours
