This past Friday I had one more breast surgery. One size larger implant, and now they match pretty well. there was also some fat grafting to fill in radiation-damaged areas. At last, I don't look weird (in clothes, that is...but the stitches will fade over time).

(60,145 posts)There's still quite a bit of swelling, which should go down over the next few months.
Now the only falsie I have to wear is a wig...chemo was not kind to me in the follicular department.

The thing is, he took it from my upper tummy. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!!!! My chest looks better AND I get a slightly flatter belly. I think there might be one more adjustment in my future, but daughter' wedding is coming up (June) and I need to be fitting a dress, so maybe after that.
