But a new baby is expected, any day now, and that certainly helps distract. I'll be spending Christmas Day on the road to Asheville, baby gifts in hand.

My son's going to see things I never will. Of course, I lived through a lot of transformational world changes myself, but they're nothing compared to the scale and scope of what's coming down the line.

Unless, of course, Trump wins. Then I'll revisit my wish to hang around.

This time my wife and I are celebrating good news. Her cholangiacarcinoma is in remission and no sign or spot of it was seen on her MRIs or ct Scans this past week.

I wish all of you the best of everything.

Especially, I wish you PEACE.

And you forced me to look up cholangiacarcinoma and learn a new word. I understand it's very rare.

mostly mid eastern or asian. My wife is neither. She's a case study. The surgeon had her on the op table for 7 hours while they disconnected her bile duct, held her hepatic artery off the tumor area, took it out, and sewed her back together. the bile duct into her small intestine that is. Then she got colitus two months later.

Again, I think all of you guys are heros, real life people that are dealing with the worst personal problem and having the compassion to share with others.

I salute all of you If you celebrate the holidays in any form, I wish you ALL THE BEST FOREVER.

I don't know how difficult it would be with a very rare one. The fact that you made it to a cure is incredibly inspiring. I wish you the best and good health to your wife.

I didn't think I'd be here to see Christmas 2015. I've not been big into holidays since my Mom got sick years ago, but the other residents in my facility are nice and they have it decorated pretty.
Hope you have a lovely holiday.
