so to speak/type. Today is gonna be a high anxiety day, so I'm looking for good vibes. thanks
**edited to add** I am always amazed, almost stunned when I hear a member from the rooms say a republican/ tea party talking point. It baffles me, that anyone working hard on their recovery/ spiritual growth from their problem(s) could make such hateful/cruel comments about "those people". Here, at least, we're Democrats and working on our recoveries/spiritual growth. And, yes, I am making it to the rooms, and going to pray for those still " sick & suffering ( from republicanism).

But in person is better. Call the AA or NA headquarters in your city and look for a meeting you can attend in person. In person is infinitely better than online. Online should serve only when in person meetings are not available, and that is almost never in today's society.

If this is a "high anxiety day" get to a real meeting with people whose voices you can hear in your ears and who you can touch.
