Addiction & Recovery
Related: About this forumMy addiction is food. Today, I tried on a pair of pants, I haven't worn in 40 years. Perfect fit.
Went from 216 (five foot 6...and 1/2) to about 148. I have kept the weight off since about 1983. These pants are the
latest move cause I lost another 8 pounds. Overeaters Anonymous saved my life. It is that simple.
(not sure of weight...guessing, because I threw away the scale sometime in 1983.

(3,416 posts)I know the battle well and Im so glad you are managing so successfully at this point in your life. I have to constantly remind myself to portion, eat more fruits and vegetables, and to eat for nutritional needs and not emotional needs. Keep up the good work ..one day at a time .🍎🫐🍐🥗🥬
