Made it back home,

And yep, a new President! Had an eye opening month of recovery. I would say the best thing was getting proper anti-depressant med in right dose.
I feel really good, calm and clear headed. Great to hold LilBit and Mrs K again.
I'll start my 6th decade on this rock on the 23rd, sober, for first time in years. Thanks to all for the DU mojo!

34 days and counting forward,

Koz

I've been 100 alcohol free for 2 years, not even NA beer. Some of my friends appreciate the 100 % aspect.

I gave up the heavier aspects many years ago.

Don't let yourself be bothered or riled up about Fatsolini.

Glad to hear things are going better for you.

I cannot imagine how much it takes to do what you have done but I have certainly watched it happen in my family. Great job.

Have a great birthday!

these days, they can predict w decent accuracy the meds that will work for you.
not to mention finding medical conditions that can be affecting you.

it should be sop for docs to do a dna test. if you had one done back in the day, there are sited you can upload to to get a 10k parameter analysis.
the mayo test is $150. just do it.

Obviously, electing the Dem ticket was fantastic, but the down-ballot wasn't as rosy. Your news is nothing but good!

I'm in the process of kicking a rather severe physical alcohol dependency. It's not fun. Not easy. I'm very grateful for the support of my friends and family. And the hope I get from everyone here. I have the best support group anyone could ask for.
