Women At War...a very good French series on Netflix
Set in France during the onset of WWI, this well done French series( with subtitles), focuses on 4 unique women whose lives intersect as they struggle to survive in trying times.
This series is beautifully filmed, well scripted, with a cast of dedicated actors. I LOVED this series and found myself caring about the women. I highly recommend this series.

Another well done French series I LOVED, set in the latter 19th century.
