"The Consultant" I enjoyed it. It was suspensiful and different from anything
that I have watched lately.
Several people that had read the book didn't like it because they said it didn't stick to the narrative. i have not read the book so like it just for itself.
Would recommend.

Don't read below if you don't want spoilers.
I'm not sure if I understood the ending.
How did Elaine end up the boss? Did Regus promote her, and how could he, really? He was just a consultant. Do they really have such power? Isn't there a BoD or something, where were they in all this? Or do we just assume he controlled them too?
Was this basically a Faustian tale? With a bit of Mesmer thrown in?
I enjoyed watching it but kept glitching on some details.
