Diid anyone watch "The Stranger" on Netflix?
I'm about an hour into it and can just barely figure out what's going on. Part of it is the thick accents. Anyone else find it confusing?

OP
Haven't see it bif, but CC helps a lot with thick, difficult regional dialects.

I have been watching British TV shows and movies for decades. I am pretty good at understanding the lingo and accents.
But sometimes it is difficult and CC clears things up, especially when it is a tightly woven, complicated plot and you cannot afford to miss dialogue.

Worth watching. Very dark murder mystery based on a true story.

After wasting almost two hours I don't really know what it was about. The guy killed someone
years ago I guess.
