Of course I spend ridiculous amounts of time keeping Windows firing on all cylinders. it breaks quite easily.

Try running some of the windows troubleshooters like, windows update troubleshooter, Maintenance toubleshooter and then run maintenance tasks. You find all of that in control panel.Let me know if you have questions and I will try to answer them.

I watched an episode of "Stranger Things" and it wouldn't let me click on the episodes button. And It wouldn't let me expand to full screen. When I clicked on that icon it paused. When I clicked on it again it played. Hmmm...

is indeed connected to web with WiFi.

Have to go through Blu-ray player input. Weird
