"Anxious People" recently new limited series on Netflix.

Swedish limited series with 6 episodes running from 23 to 34 minutes for a total of 171 minutes, so a little less than 3 hours.
Easy to follow, a little quirky, good cast, interesting story with surprise ending.

Enjoyed watching the whole thing last night. Was sorry when it was over.

Can watch in Swedish, British English and CC.

without giving away anything, is an encounter a bridge part of the story?

Edit: typo + 2nd

Sweep down if you want to read it.

Based on the novel by Fredrik Backman, Anxious People sets itself up as a mystery involving a father-son cop team, an inept bank robber and the disparate group of people he takes hostage.

about another unusual topic, a school shooting. Not even close to, Anxious People, as far as delivery, but curious enough I stuck with it. The real problem is the use of a nearly indecipherable local dialect, allegedly Tex-Mex but?

Book: Vernon God Little, DBC Pierre

It seems kind of goofy from the start but I was drawn in quickly. It's a story about ordinary people struggling through their ordinary lives and has a strong message about human decency. The direction is sophisticated without being showy and after a while I noted that a lot of the scenes are framed very creatively or make careful use of shifted focus. It's extremely well done.
