The one near me where my quickly needed prescription is located is "temporarily closed due to an emergency". The CSR who answered the phone (heavily accented of course) had no information as to the emergency or whether they would be open tomorrow or when they would be open again. This is getting beyond ridiculous and into the sphere of enraging.

(10,938 posts)I don't trust Walmart for reasons I've detailed in other posts, but the one here seems okay. These particular ones are ones I need right now this minute (tomorrow) so yeah. If you want to know why I don't trust Walmart DM me.

Most people who live in the United States have ancestors who came here with accents.
Its corporate greed that is the culprit.

(2,259 posts)Either this store is striking, or the staff has been sent to busier stores that are striking.
What IS beyond ridiculous and enraging, is what Walgreens corporate is doing to the staff.
Do you REALLY want to cross picket lines. Or are you going to move your prescriptions to a better pharmacy?

(10,938 posts)on my stupid part D plan. Or in this area now that the only local one closed. Costco is better but it's not on my plan and it's kinda out of the way besides. Walgreens USED to be Rite-Aid and was better until Walgreens bought them and turned them into guess what.
