Planning to get a Covid-19 test

No problems. I'm vaccinated and boosted, but going to travel with my family (also vaxxed and boosted) to Iceland in Feb. I haven't had a test before. A negative test result within 72 hours of arrival is required for entry. 2 days before we leave to go home (U.S.), must test again in Iceland.

I called my local health dept. to see where I could get a test. They rec. the local hospital or Rite Aid. I called Rite Aid and got a little further information from them. They want you to register through their website, so I went to their website. They want you to sign in using a Google email account, which I have, but rarely use. There are multiple log-ins to the Gmail account. There is a agreement/consent form, a long 'screener', another agreement, and finally, the calendar to schedule, which unfortunately, is only 5 days out. I bookmarked the site, and will try again next week.

I don't want to go to the hospital, because we are in the middle of a state-wide surge, and the hospitals are busy. So are the morgues.

Just wanted to share what I learned today
