Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton announced separate challenges to federal rule changes extending protections to LGBTQ+ students.

But, until a ruling is offered, that is the law of the land and I am very hopeful that the idiotic asshat tries the feds over it. PLEASE, try the feds over it! I cannot wait to see a line of federal troops marching into Texas to remind them that they are a state in this Union, regardless of which blowhard gets into the governorship.
