Xena's Lucy Lawless Slams Hercules Star Kevin Sorbo for Transphobic Comment

Hollywood icon and Xena: Warrior Princess star Lucy Lawless shut down Kevin Sorbo.

Lawless took Sorbo to task on Twitter on April 3, retweeting one of the former Hercules actor's posts with the caption, "P(nut), you who have EVERYTHING, why do you have to stomp on Transpeople to feel taller?" Lawless ended her post with, "To Kevin, with love."

Lawless made her first appearance alongside Sorbo's Hercules in 1994's Hercules and the Amazon Women, in which she played the part of Lysia. Lawless would go on to portray the character Lyla in two episodes of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, before taking up the instantly iconic role of Xena. Although The Legendary Journeys only lasted 111 episodes and a handful of television movies over its 6-season runtime, the Lawless-led Xena: Warrior Princess surpassed that with 134 episodes across the same number of seasons.

Lawless joins original Wonder Woman star Lynda Carter as the latest action icon in the news for making a stand in favor of trans rights. In March 2023, Carter shared a post to Twitter which detailed how her words had helped a trans fan's father come to accept them. Carter accompanied the post with, "Let him know I would be proud of him if he could find it in his heart to accept his trans child."

I never heard of Dylan Mulvaney. But I assume they are trans and the right can't handle anything that has to do with inclusivity. Of course these fucking idiots boycott Keurig, Nike, Gillette and yet they are all still in business lol

Also irony is dead since Anheuser-Busch makes Bud Light...what a fucking moron.

Trying to get back into the limelight and rekindle their imagined fame and popularity?

Off the top of my head:
Charlton Heston, fronting the NRA, 'from my cold dead hands' etc.
Sorbo, with his strange opinions.
Reagan, from cowboy films to the White House.

Lucy Lawless's popularity continues on well past her career in front of a camera.
Because she is a nice person, caring and empathetic.
Sorbo, pay attention!

I watched Lucy in her Xena role a few times and wondered about her on screen relationship with her sidekick, Gabrielle.
Then I realized not every love story had to be a male-female one.
I was ok with that.

Maybe they think their penis is too small? Actually Kevin Sorbo probably took steroids and I read those can shrink a man’s balls and make them impotent.
