Have any of you couples incorporated your assets, a home, an retirement acct, kids into a trust so the state/Feds/hateful family cannot go after the (kids) & surviving spouse?

... much like a business partnership.
Also make wills that name each other *without* explicit mention of the relationship.
This advice is what we did before there was any hint of same sex marriage being allowed (early 1980s).
