It also suggests that Israel's focus in the north has Hamas concerned about...? Israel finding hostages? Israel rooting out Hamas underground bunkers?

2 primary goals, to get the hostages and to destroy Hamas. For Israel to attack fleeing civilians would divert Israel from its focus and goals. They want hostages and Hamas, not Palestinian civilians. To suggest otherwise is ludicrous.

Videos authenticated by CNN showed a scene of extensive destruction following Friday’s blast on Salah Al-Deen street. A number of bodies, including those of children, can be seen on on a flat-bed trailer that appears to have been used to carry people away from Gaza City. There are also a number of badly burned and damaged cars.

It’s unclear what caused the widespread devastation. CNN has reached out to the IDF for comment on any airstrikes in the same location.

This is getting old really quickly. It seems even the most minor critique of Israel is deemed anti-semitic or pro-terrorist.

For the record, I support the right of Israel to defend its people and lands. Israel also has an obligation to wage war according to the laws of warfare, regardless of whether Hamas does the same. Israel is in a tough situation, no doubt, whereas Hamas doesn't abide by the same restraints.
