Jewish Voice for Peace looking for Membership Committee chair

JVP Membership Committee Responsibilities (suggested - will change based on committee member input):
• Meets regularly online (potentially in person in the future), probably once per month
• Form a sub-committee for member drive planning (down the line)
• Recommends strategies, policies, procedures, programs, etc. to staff and board around goal areas
• Help evaluate our success around goal areas
• Works out strategies for local vs. national membership
• Helps evaluate onboarding of new members (ie: new member webinar)
• Helps put together member surveys (annual big one + smaller focus-group ones)
• Helps moderate member forum
• Works to visibilize the structures of member leadership that already exist and make them more responsive and accountable to broader membership
• Talks and thinks about board/staff - member relationship
• Pick a “chapter of the month” and/or “member of the month” to hold up and recognize on FB/Forum
• Host “New Member” table at NMM or other large even
