Russia's stealth oil ships: How Moscow dodges sanctions - DW News

Can anyone stop Russia's shadow-fleet -- the rag-tag collection of ships quietly moving oil around the world in spite of Western sanctions. The US and UK are trying -- they've now blacklisted 183 vessels that they say belong to the fleet. But will that work? And could it finally start sapping Moscow's oil revenues, with which it funds its war with Ukraine?

Ukraine could issue some and privateers could grab some Russian oil tankers.
Heck a few of those Russian mega yachts that have been seized could be armed and put into service.
