In this video I talk about the performance of the Russian Stock Market and Russia's access to international investment. The MOEX stock market index tracks the performance of the 50 largest companies in Russia and the fall in the index provides a good indication as to what is happening in the Russian Economy. I compare the performance against what has been happening in the USA market, discuss why the Russian market has been falling, why Russian companies are no longer able to raise funds from overseas investors and why all of this is very bad news for Russian businesses and the Russian Economy.
