Why is Hungary joining China-Brazil's 'Peace Initiative'? - UATV English
Hungary will join the 'Friends of Peace' initiative founded by China and Brazil. This was announced by the Head of the Hungarian Diplomatic Service Peter Szijjarto. Earlier, the Chinese Foreign Ministry reported that China intends to create a Friends of Peace platform with the countries of the Global South, which will focus on the so-called political settlement of Russia's war against Ukraine. At the same time, Washington believes that Beijing's statements about peace in Ukraine do not correspond to reality.
