Russia's Putin Arrives in Mongolia Despite ICC Arrest Warrant - Bloomberg Television
Vladimir Putin arrived in Mongolia late Monday and is set to meet the nation's top leaders despite calls for his arrest under a warrant from the International Criminal Court. The Russian president's visit is the first to a member state of the ICC since the warrant was issued last year over the abduction of children from occupied areas of Ukraine.
