Until one day, conscripts were accidentally found along frontlines. This problem became apparent during the most recent Kursk incursion. And since then, the narrative of the Russian propaganda and authorities started to switch. Now, they started testing whether the people of Russia will accept this as a new reality or not. Propaganda does extra work to justify the use of conscripts in Ukraine.
