1. I saw the submarines in the title, but it's not plural, just the one already reported.

The Russian navy has not been very impressive for quite some time. Probably lucky to have one nuclear sub make the voyage.

A frigate, a sub, an oiler and a (ha!) rescue tug hardly is much of a white water task force. I worry more about their big missile subs like Delta IV lying off our coast than what they are showing off in Havana. Plus Putin knows that other than a show he has nothing that he can do except rattle sabers that won't result in a slap down he and Russia will not survive.

Commercial airplanes today have anti collision computers as a standard. Why not install them in the naval drones? It would increase the focus of the operator on hitting the target without worrying about f.i. barges...
