The Kremlin has increased budget expenditures by 5 trillion roubles. Over the past five years, the Russian budget has doubled in nominal terms. Almost a third of the state treasury in 2024 will be spent on Russia's war against Ukraine. But the financing of aggression comes from other sources as well. ... we should be sending every kind of weapon - short of nuclear - to Ukraine. Russian cannot afford to fight against what we could be doing.
