Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner plans to build a resort near the town of Vlora, Albania. The project may boost local economies but it has come up against opposition from locals who fear it will harm the environment.

3. I've seen this movie before.

Reminds me of Trump making a myriad of promises to local and regional politicians as well as to Scotland Parliament itself to be allowed to "develop" land into Turnberry. Jobs. Investment opportunities. Hikes in property values. Tourism.

Instead, Trump irreparably destroyed the surrounding environment and displaced local residents. Ask Anthony Baxter. He made a documentary called "You've Been Trumped," which specifically depicts all the malicious and greedy deeds by Trump to acquire and to control all the land, including that surrounding his golf course.

5. He's planning to build a complex

Here in Colts Neck, NJ. It has the potential to affect the drinking water in Monmouth County. Colts Neck is not on city water/sewer. Most residents have septic and well water. He’s making a few of the units “affordable housing”. The infrastructure is not there for this huge project and will potentially pollute the nearby swimming river. It’s going to be an environmental nightmare.
