U.S. Sanctions Make Turkish Banks Break Up Ties with Russia - UATV English



Problems with services and mass closure of bank accounts for clients from Russia are currently happening in Turkey, as the country doesn't want to fall under secondary U.S. sanctions. Also, some Chinese financial institutions have severe ties with Russians so as not to fall under American restrictions.
