Rheinmetall will build a new plant to cover German and Ukrainian ammunition needs. Ukraine is making efforts to switch to NATO standards in weapons, and the 'shell fatigue' is experienced throughout the front line. European and American allies are building new plants and infrastructure to cover these needs.
