28 dogs rescued in Sonoma County, CA.
SIGN PETITION:
The woman charged with their care, Christina Urrutia, has been arrested for animal cruelty and for operating an illegal kennel.
But arrest alone is not enough. This petition calls on the Sonoma County District Attorney and Animal Services to:
- Fully prosecute this case and seek the maximum penalties under the law.
- Bar the defendant from future animal ownership.
- Ensure all 28 dogs receive proper medical treatment and compassionate rehoming.
- Review county protocols to catch illegal kennels and prevent future abuse.
