Buy one small container of soy milk/almond milk yogurt and then a container of just soy milk/almond milk and use the first as "starter" and just make yogurt as though it were milk? The yogurt bacteria would still be viable to allow you to make more yogurt.

But so far I haven't gotten a result that I really like the taste of...not enough to go to the work of making it. Maybe I need to try some different brands.

My alternative is to make a cornstarch pudding with non dairy milk and use that with fruit. Not really the same though.
