Target: Elton Mathis, Walter County, Texas, District Attorney

Goal: Prosecute person who left a dog to die while chained to a rock with it's mouth taped shut.


A young dog was found chained to a rock with it's mouth taped shut.
Randy Abke and his wife found the dog, nicknamed him "Rusty", and called the Sheriff's Office.

Both Randy and the officer responding to the call believe the dog was left to die.

The dog was treated by a veterinarian and since he did not have a microchip, the Abkes have adopted him.

Demand that the perpetrator of this heinous act of cruelty be located and prosecuted.
