Blackfish the movie, great documentary, a killer whale that killed a trainer, on CNN Oct 24

http://cnnpressroom.blogs.cnn.com/2013/10/10/cnn-films-broadcasts-blackfish-and-pandoras-promise-in-october-november/

The programming schedule includes (all times Eastern):
BLACKFISH (Thursday, Oct. 24 at 9:00pm to 11:00pm, encore at 12:00am to 2:00am)

BLACKFISH traces the 39-year history of killer whales in captivity leading up to a 2010 incident in which an experienced Sea World trainer was killed by the 12,000-pound orca, Tilikum. Tilikum had previously been associated with the deaths of two other trainers. Director Gabriela Cowperthwaite chillingly demonstrates that this incident of violence is hardly isolated, while exploring the extraordinary nature of orcas, thought to be one of the most intelligent species in the animal kingdom. The film is a story about the consequences of captivity for these animals that have thrilled millions in performances, but lead a much darker existence when the show is over.

Also Blackfish will be available to buy from Netflix or Amazon in November 2013.

I've taken my kids to Sea World San Diego but never again as long as they keep any whales; they also have pilot whales there. Totally done with them.

Or, scrotum destroyed, one testicle detached. I reviewed the autopsy findings.

Ruled an accident, there doesn't seem to be a part of the body that wasn't bitten, broken, or disfigured.

Tilikum kills again

In July 1999, the lifeless body of a man named Daniel Dukes was found lying across Tilikum's back in a SeaWorld Orlando tank. Authorities said it was unclear how Dukes stayed in the park after closing, but that he had shown a "fascination" with the whales previously.

He drowned, and the death was ruled as accidental.

I just found out you can rent it or buy it on Vimeo. Keiko was alive and well and free for 5 years in Iceland and Norway. This movie is very mellow and completely enriching.

Little more than The Grind, American style. Congrats, shitbags. You're as bad as they are. Fucking morons. Thanks for the embarrassment, hope the money was worth it, shitwits.

Yep, said that.
