Good sites to help in reducing waste in the home / office

This is a semi-xpost from a hurricane-prep thread in GD, but y'all can add your own here, too

Recently, I bought a type of re-usable plastic bottle that is perfect for both storing (it flattens out) and for freezing. It actually works better than those re-usable ice-packs for my lunch bag. It's a bit pricey to rely on for emergencies alone, unless that same bottle-maker gets into the emergency-preparedness business (which they could with the simple design they got.)
