without having to look at your neighbors? Horrors! Who wants to interact with neighbors that may not look like me? I might have to be friendly with them and allow my children to play with them and even have an outdoor BBQ with them! What will I do?

Look around at McMansions and you will see very complex roof designs for no reason other than being complex.

These homes take advantage of standard panel sizes and a simple roof to significantly reduce the 'per sq ft' cost of construction.
