Restaurant issues "War Bonds" in UK to raise capital

I found this fascinating and shows how we are inquistive, inventive and inspired during economic downturns.

In the world's best financial news source, The London Financial Times newspaper is the article.
Basically, they are issuing 'vouchers, to rais capital for the shutdown. A very clever idea and one that I think the US could easily embrace.
The Small Business Pandemic will never have enough money to help every business, so this scheme might work here.
