Trying to find a template for a workshop/workbook!

I am hosting a 6-week class on the Native American Medicine Wheel & Personal Growth.

I've done this before in a college class setting, so all I needed was a powerpoint, whiteboard and a few handouts. This venue is much more intimate, in an outdoor "meditation" style setting. I want each person to have a "workbook/journal" they can print out and bring...or I will do a small cheap printing for participants depending on the number of ppl who sign up.

I'm just frustrating myself to no end.

I know how I want it to look, but I can't find a good template that suits my needs. I want to be able to copy/paste the worksheets into the workbook pages, I want the pages to look nice in the header/footer/background...
Ugh, maybe I don't know what I want.

I've been at it since 9 am and everything I have tried I've tossed out.

I think i need to take a walk.

Maybe the real reason is that I'm nervous about doing the class ...psyching myself out?

Can you just use Word? They have some book templates that might work. You can customize the headers and footers/table of contents. When you say cut & paste, do you already have something set up? I think cut & paste looks cheap if it doesn't match the style of your workbook. How many pages are you talking about? You could print double sided pages to save on the cost and create a nice looking handout.

I have some handouts from previous classes...
I was going to either scan and paste or (ugh) re-type them and use the header/background to make it look better.

Honestly, I am going to focus n header/footer stuff and then bland it all to make a booklet...

One of these days, I''' get my shit together!~
