Online Inflation Calculator 1635 to 2024

From 1635 to the present. I read an article on Benjamin Moore paints and saw it was founded with $2000 in the 1880s, and thought how much is that today? More than $60k.

Then I started thinking about things I bought over the years and wondered how I'd done. Not too good. Those $24 1981 Nikes? $80 today.

$24 Christmas gift from 1973, still in the closet today? $165.81. I bet I couldn't get $20 for it now. Have fun!

to see what my earnings back then would be now, or what I paid back then would be now. It's always a bit shocking.
