Has anyone here used not-for-profit UPSOLVE for filing bankruptcy chapter 7?

I'm getting sued by a creditor. It looks like they will win and levy my bank accounts. I don't own any titled property and they can't garnish my SS retirement, so I need to protect myself from not being able to receive and access my SS retirement. Is this a good & legitimate service?

(Note they claim that the bank can't levy bank accounts, but I had a friend on SS who had no income for months due to the bank levy and they owed $75 for each attempted or granted levy.)

1. You should be able to get a free one-hour consult with a bankruptcy attorney

He or she can answer your questions and let you know if you’re basically judgment proof or not.

Best to find someone by personal referral, if possible, rather than through advertising. If you’re in Wisconsin, I can recommend the attorney I worked for up until covid hit.

2. I've done that. They want $3000 to file a chapter 7. I'm too poor to pay that kind of money.

3. Never Mind an article states they are in a appeal court to be allowed to do what they do.

Stuff rolls down hill for those of us who are poor.
