In March, TCGplayer Authentication Center workers voted to join the Communications Workers of America (CWA) to become eBay’s first US labor union. But TCGplayer, and its parent eBay, keep trying to stall bargaining our first contract by appealing our election victory with the National Labor Relations Board.

On Monday July 31st around noon ET, members of TCGunion will be joining together with local labor leaders and politicians to rally around TCGunion’s bargaining committee as they prepare to deliver our petition to TCGplayer leadership demanding they Drop the Appeal and come to the table to bargain in good faith.

We are demanding:

The immediate withdrawal of the baseless appeal that management is using to delay bargaining.
A prompt commencement of contract negotiations in good faith.
That our rights as workers under the law be observed and respected.
An end to TCGplayer/eBay’s partnership with notorious union avoidance law firm Littler Mendelson.
