1. The Wuss Factor began in the 1990s

either in response to Newt's Contract on America, or as we lost Senate Seats. Daschle was no help.

Brutal markets today. I'm thinking this is the beginning of a major downleg that could carry through the end of the month, then a rebound, then further downside. It's been frothy for awhile.
